Shawna is dedicated to empowering providers to serve the frail and vulnerable, focusing on building sustainable, patient-centered programs.
As a seasoned operations leader, Shawna is recognized for her expertise in workflow design, revenue cycle management, staffing, and scheduling, among other vital operations areas. Her innovations enhance organizational effectiveness, profitability, and strategic growth. Shawna is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) through the AAPC. She leverages these credentials to ensure practices are compliant and educated, adopting and adhering to best practices for sustainable change.
Shawna is a sought-after speaker and educator on coding and auditing, passionately sharing her knowledge. Prior to founding RMS, she managed a large, health system-affiliated post-acute and geriatrics service line. Shawna serves on the Regulatory Workgroup of the Public Policy Steering Committee for the American Academy of Home Care Medicine.

Kathy Lewis, VP Business Development and Compliance, is an experienced Housecalls Administrator with over 25 years in senior care. She is dedicated to helping older adults live independently and thrive at home by designing and leading programs that support aging in place.
Kathy brings a deep understanding of the needs of seniors and their families, taking a proactive approach to connect individuals with the right resources at the right time. She is particularly focused on reducing avoidable emergency room visits through early risk identification and services such as transitional care and care management.
Passionate about personalized support, Kathy empowers individuals to make informed health decisions, enhancing quality of life while allowing them to remain in the comfort of their own homes.

Joni Chatman, VP, Business Ops, has been with RMS for over five years and is responsible for overall operational, quality and service across all supported practices, with a focus on practice management and care management.
With a strong technical background, Joni has streamlined processes and improved efficiency through workflow optimization, template development, and EHR implementation. She also leads training and onboarding efforts, supporting providers and staff in delivering consistent, high-quality care.

Jessica George, BHS, MBA, CPC, is a graduate of West Florence High School and went on to attend Saint Augustine’s College in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science. She later continued her education at the University of Phoenix, where she obtained her MBA.
Jessica began her career in healthcare as a Certified Medical Biller and Coder and has since built over 20 years of experience in the field, advancing into her current role as an RCM Manager. She is passionate about working with people and takes pride in building strong, meaningful relationships.
Outside of her professional life, Jessica is a proud mother of three wonderful children, ages 29, 22, and 19. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, singing karaoke, and planning events.

Rebecca Doleman, FNP-C, ACHPN, Clinical Consultant is a nurse practitioner and palliative care consultant with deep expertise in clinical operation, serious illness care, and system-wide transformation. She specializes in designing and scaling patient-centered programs that drive meaningful outcomes across the continuum of care. Known for her strategic insight and collaborative leadership, Rebecca partners with healthcare organizations to implement compassionate, high-impact solutions for patients with complex needs.
A native Texan and mom to three teenage boys, Rebecca balances her fast-paced professional life with outdoor adventures, sunshine-filled weekends, and the joyful chaos of family and pets. Whether facilitating a strategy session or navigating a hiking trail with her crew, she brings clarity, empathy, and a healthy dose of humor to every endeavor.

Alicia Ann Wolf, APRN, MSN, Clinical Training for RMS, is a nurse practitioner specializing in geriatric care. Her background includes work with hospice organizations and Summa Health System, where she has provided care in rehabilitation, inpatient, and outpatient settings.
Alicia works closely with nurse practitioner groups to improve productivity, optimize reimbursement, and strengthen clinical protocols. Her expertise in clinical operations and regulatory compliance makes her a trusted advisor in advancing effective healthcare delivery.
Alicia is certified as a Gerontological and Adult Nurse Practitioner and is licensed in Ohio, Minnesota, and North Dakota. She earned her MSN from Case Western Reserve University and her BSN from The Ohio State University, and she owns Geriatric Specialty Care, LLC, serving post-acute and senior living settings.
