As a seasoned operations leader, Shawna is recognized for her expertise in workflow design, revenue cycle management, staffing, and scheduling, among other vital operations areas. Her innovations enhance organizational effectiveness, profitability, and strategic growth. Shawna is a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified Professional Medical Auditor (CPMA) through the AAPC. She leverages these credentials to ensure practices are compliant and educated, adopting and adhering to best practices for sustainable change.
Shawna is a sought-after speaker and educator on coding and auditing, passionately sharing her knowledge. Prior to founding RMS, she managed a large, health system-affiliated post-acute and geriatrics service line. Shawna serves on the Regulatory Workgroup of the Public Policy Steering Committee for the American Academy of Home Care Medicine.

Brent T. Feorene, MBA, Senior Vice President, with over 25 years of home and community-based healthcare expertise. Throughout his career, Brent has pioneered innovative, integrated care models that seamlessly connect service needs with care locations, driving unparalleled value and inspiring transformative changes in the industry. His vast experience includes health systems, physician organizations, payers, health technology firms, PACE programs, senior living communities, FQHCs, and post-acute and SDOH/community-based service providers.
Brent addresses crucial strategic and management issues within post-acute, senior care, and community-based services, ensuring that his insights are widely shared and contribute to the advancement, and driving positive change in the industry.

Joni Chatman, National Director of Operations, has been with RMS for over four years and is responsible for overall operational and quality and service for all practices we serve with a focus on practice management and chronic care management.
Joni’s leadership and extensive tech background have streamlined processes, and improved efficiency with template development, workflows, EHR implementation, training, and onboarding for providers and staff.

Scott Schneider, MBA, Healthcare Consultant, with over 25 years of healthcare expertise, Scott has developed innovative care models that enhance the experience of patients and providers while improving the delivery of quality care.
Scott has extensive experience creating, managing, and growing house call programs. Combined with his various management roles, this has provided him with a unique insight into developing community-based palliative care for hospice programs. He recognizes the ever-growing complexities of the Medicare system and the importance of simplifying the process to help healthcare providers incorporate the ongoing changes into their daily practices.

Rebecca Doleman, FNP-C, ACHPN, PALTC Consultant is a nurse practitioner and palliative care consultant with deep expertise in clinical operation, serious illness care, and system-wide transformation. She specializes in designing and scaling patient-centered programs that drive meaningful outcomes across the continuum of care. Known for her strategic insight and collaborative leadership, Rebecca partners with healthcare organizations to implement compassionate, high-impact solutions for patients with complex needs.
A native Texan and mom to three teenage boys, Rebecca balances her fast-paced professional life with outdoor adventures, sunshine-filled weekends, and the joyful chaos of family and pets. Whether facilitating a strategy session or navigating a hiking trail with her crew, she brings clarity, empathy, and a healthy dose of humor to every endeavor.

Alicia Ann Wolf, APRN, MSN, Clinical Training for RMS, is a nurse practitioner who specializes in geriatric care. Her career also includes pivotal roles with hospice companies and collaboration with Summa Health System, where she provides comprehensive geriatric care in rehabilitation units, in-patient consults, and outpatient services.
Alicia consults with nurse practitioner groups to enhance productivity, maximize reimbursement, and refine protocols. Her expertise in clinical operations and regulatory compliance positions her as a trusted advisor in optimizing healthcare delivery.
Alicia holds certifications as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and an Adult Nurse Practitioner, with active licensure in Ohio, Minnesota, and North Dakota. Alicia earned her MSN from Case Western Reserve University and her BSN from The Ohio State University. She is a recipient of the John A. Hartford Scholarship and GAPNA Excellence Award in Leadership. Since 2009, she has owned Geriatric Specialty Care, LLC, which provides care in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and independent living facilities.
